Anti-Aging and Skin Health Protocol with Lipo-C, GHK-Cu, and Epitalon

This protocol combines Lipo-C (liposomal vitamin C), GHK-Cu (copper peptide), and Epitalon (a synthetic peptide) to enhance collagen production, skin elasticity, cellular repair, and overall anti-aging effects. It is designed for intermediate users with prior peptide experience.

  1. Preparation:

    • Ensure all peptides are properly stored (refrigerated, protected from light).
    • Use sterile bacteriostatic water for reconstitution if required (GHK-Cu, Epitalon).
    • Clean the injection site (if applicable) with alcohol swabs.
  2. Dosage and Administration:

    • Lipo-C (Liposomal Vitamin C): Take 1,000–2,000 mg orally daily, preferably in the morning with food to enhance absorption.
    • GHK-Cu: - Subcutaneous injection: 2–5 mg (0.2–0.5 mL of 10 mg/mL solution) daily or every other day.
    • Epitalon: 5–10 mg (0.5–1 mL of 10 mg/mL solution) daily before bedtime for 10–20 days per cycle.
  3. Timing and Cycles:

    • Lipo-C: Use daily for 3–6 months, then cycle off for 1 month.
    • GHK-Cu: Use for 8–12 weeks, followed by a 4-week break to prevent receptor desensitization.
    • Epitalon: Cycle for 10–20 days, followed by a 3–6 month break before repeating.
  4. Combination Synergy:

    • Lipo-C enhances GHK-Cu’s collagen-boosting effects and provides antioxidant support.
    • Epitalon may amplify cellular repair mechanisms, complementing GHK-Cu’s skin regeneration.
    • Avoid overlapping high-dose antioxidant therapies (e.g., NAC) with GHK-Cu to prevent redox interference.
  5. Monitoring and Adjustments:

    • Track skin hydration, texture, and any adverse reactions (e.g., irritation with GHK-Cu).
    • Adjust GHK-Cu dosage if injection-site itching occurs (common with higher doses).
    • Discontinue Epitalon if sleep disturbances arise (rare).

Warnings

  • GHK-Cu: May cause mild itching or redness at injection sites. Discontinue if severe.
  • Epitalon: Theoretical risk of long-term telomerase overactivation; avoid prolonged use.
  • Avoid combining with strong antioxidants (e.g., high-dose NAC) during GHK-Cu cycles.
  • Consult a healthcare provider before starting, especially if pregnant or immunocompromised.
  • Rotate injection sites to prevent lipoatrophy.
