SS-31, also known as H-29, is a 29-amino acid cyclic peptide with potent cytoprotective and antioxidant properties. It was originally isolated from the sea hare Aplysina fistularis and has since been shown to exhibit a wide range of benefits, including anti-aging, neuroprotection, and cardiovascular health.
